These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) govern the relationship between Zaboulittleworld, a sole proprietor registered under SIRET number 999 933 112 00016, whose professional address is 44 rue de Poitiers, 86800 Saint‑Julien‑l’Ars, France, email: info@zaboulittleworld.fr (hereinafter “the Artist”), and any person making a purchase (hereinafter “the Client”).

1. Purpose and scope

The Artist creates illustrated worlds, original artworks, printed editions, and various derivative products (stickers, prints, notebooks, stationery…). These creations (“Creations”) may be sold: – remotely (email, online shop), – or during artistic or commercial events.

Clients may be: – consumers, – non‑professionals, – or professionals. Provisions of the French Consumer Code apply only to consumer Clients and, in some cases, to non‑professional Clients.

These TCS define the rights and obligations of the Parties in the context of: (i) a personalised commission (“the Commission”), (ii) or the purchase of an existing Creation (“the Transaction”). A Transaction is considered concluded once both Parties express their agreement.

To make a purchase, the Client must be of legal age and legally capable. They agree to provide accurate information and to indemnify the Artist in case of error.

Any Transaction implies full and unconditional acceptance of the TCS.

In case of interpretation discrepancies, the French version prevails.

2. Prices

All prices displayed in the shop are fixed and final. They correspond exactly to the product presented and cannot be modified, except in clearly announced exceptional cases.

In accordance with the French “franchise en base de TVA” scheme, prices are shown without VAT, which does not apply under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the CGI.

3. Personnalised commissions

Personalised creations are not the Artist’s main activity. They are accepted on a case‑by‑case basis, when the request aligns with the artistic universe and current availability.

For these special commissions:

  • a quote is issued;

  • a deposit is required to validate the order;

  • work begins only after the deposit has been received.

Quotes and deposits apply exclusively to personalised commissions. Products available in the shop are sold at the listed price, without a prior quote.

4. Shop products

The creations offered (illustrations, prints, objects, digital files…) are described with care. The visuals presented faithfully reflect the spirit of the products, though slight variations may occur depending on materials. Colours displayed on screen are not contractual.

Creations may be:

  • original artworks,

  • printed editions

  • or derivative products

They may be pre‑existing or created on demand as part of a Commission.

Purchasing a Creation grants the Client ownership of the physical object, but not the copyright, which remains the exclusive property of the Artist (see Article 9).

The displayed price is the final product price, excluding shipping fees.

5. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are not included in product prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

They are calculated as fairly as possible, based on current La Poste rates — generally via tracked letter — and applied as a simple, transparent flat rate.

6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are those indicated in the shop.

For personalised commissions, payment of the deposit is required before work begins.

The Creation is delivered only after full payment of the price and applicable fees.

7. Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times depend on postal services and cannot be guaranteed. The Artist cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery incidents caused by the carrier.

The Client must provide an accurate address. Any error is their responsibility.

Digital products (PDFs, downloadable files) are sent by email or made available via a download link.

8. Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

The buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition: clean, undamaged, and carefully protected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the product has been received and checked, a refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe using the same payment method.

Digital Products

Digital files sent immediately after purchase cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with the law.

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If a product arrives damaged or if an error occurred in the order, the buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours, with photos attached by email. A suitable solution will be offered: reshipment, replacement, or refund.

No refund may be requested if the defect results from negligence by the Client.

Personalised Commissions

Personalised creations made specifically for the buyer cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a clear error by the seller.

9. Intellectuel property

All illustrations, texts, and creations by the Artist are protected by copyright. The Artist remains the sole holder of these rights. No Transaction transfers copyright.

Any use (reproduction, representation, distribution, modification…) requires written permission and specific remuneration.

10. Personal data

Data collected is used solely for order processing and communication related to the shop. It is stored with care and never shared with third parties.

11.Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the Artist’s obligations are suspended without compensation.
